Delivery

Once your logo is approved our standard lead times are 7-10 days from receipt of your order. Please let us know if you need your order sooner than this as we will accommodate you wherever possible.

For high volume bulk orders, a lead time can be agreed at point of order.

Generally, orders will be packed by garment by size in clear plastic bags. If you order per person, then we will person pack your orders at no additional cost. Each person pack will have either a copy of the online order form contained in it or the wearer name clearly marked on the outside of the pack. This ensures that the uniform packs can be easily distributed to each wearer with the minimum amount of handling.

We use DPD for our parcel deliveries which guarantee next day delivery for most of mainland UK. You will receive an e-mail from DPD confirming that there is a delivery on its way to you. If you are not going to be in to receive your delivery you have options to leave safely in your absence. If no ‘leave safely’ notification is given and there is nobody to sign for the delivery then it will be returned to depot and re-attempted the next day. If again there is nobody to receive the consignment, it will again be returned to the DPD depot and a card left for you to contact the depot to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Should there be any shortages on your order then these will be noted on the order paperwork.

Carriage is charged at £8.95 if the order value is less that £150 (excl. VAT). For orders over this value, carriage is free within the UK.

Returns

If, in the unlikely event that any goods are damaged in transit or there is a quality issue with any item then these items should be returned to our High Wycombe address. In this event we will reimburse the cost of the carriage.

If any items are ordered incorrectly or the incorrect sizes are ordered then it will be your responsibility to return the items at your cost.

Embroidered or heat sealed garments cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the garment or we have supplied the incorrect size/colour.

Any ill-fitting garments that have not been embroidered or heat sealed can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Any longer than 2 weeks must be agreed by us prior to return. We can issue a credit or exchange these items for an alternative size. The credit/exchange will normally take 3-5 working days.

Any items being returned must be is as new, unworn and re-saleable condition in the original manufacturers packaging. Any returned items which do not meet these criteria will be returned and a carriage charge applied.
