We are happy to send out samples for you to examine at your leisure. All samples and sizing sets are chargeable and will be invoiced at the agreed prices and delivery charges. Any samples returned (at your cost) will be credited minus the outward carriage cost provided that they are returned with the original manufacturers packaging and in as new, resaleable condition. Samples must be returned within 14 days for credit.
If large volumes of samples are required then we would apply a 15% returns handling charge, unless otherwise agreed.
All items on our site are subject to availability and from time to time stockouts will occur. In this event you will be notified by telephone or e-mail of the lead time and offered an alternative product.
Availability of products shown on our website may change without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that you experience any quality issues with any of our products we must be notified in writing within 5 working days of receipt of your order. With our prior agreement any problem items may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of your order.
For larger orders we recommend that you purchase a sizing sample/sizing set. Unless otherwise agreed these will be chargeable but subject to our returns policy below. This process allows your staff to try on the garments to ensure best fit. We then recommend that you keep these items for future use.
Ill fitting garments may be returned for credit or exchange provided that they are returned with the original manufacturers packaging and in as new, resaleable condition. Ill-fitting garments must be returned within 10 of receipt of order.
Please note that any embroidered, printed, worn or soiled garments cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue and only unless this return is agreed by Cressco.
We will only accept returns by prior agreement. Any item with a quality issue can be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Only resaleable items in as-new condition will be accepted for return Anything that is returned in any other condition will be returned to you and will be chargeable.

All prices are quoted in £ sterling and exclusive of any carriage charges and VAT.
Any quoted prices include one left chest embroidery up to 4000 stitches. Larger left chest and back/sleeve embroidery will be charged accordingly
For your first order or samples we would normally require a deposit of full payment prior to producing your order. Thereafter we would normally offer a 30-day trading account depending upon company credit status.
Payment terms are strictly 30 days end of month unless otherwise agreed and by placing an order with Cressco you agree to these payment terms and, indeed, all of these Terms & Conditions.
Prices may be subject to discounts for volume orders and regular usage customers. Please call us to discuss this.
Refunds will only be actioned upon receipt of returned items. Please allow 10 working days for refunds/credit notes to be actioned
Embroidered logos incur a £15-£20 set up charge. This is a one-off charge unless amendments are made to the design after we have produced the design from your supplied artwork.
Woven badges incur a one off set up charge of £30.00.
Screen print logos incur a £25.00 per colour screen set up charge. Screen re-set charges will apply for future orders
There are no set up charges for heat applied badges though samples will be chargeable.
Cressco make every effort to ensure that product specifications, product details and photographs and colours depicted on our website are as accurate as possible, though we cannot guarantee this 100% of the time.
