Can I have a mock up of my uniform first, before placing my order to see what it will look like?
Yes – just drop us an email with your enquiry, with your logo attached and the SKU code, product colour and where about you would like the logo.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT), otherwise its £8.95.
Are the products on the website the only products I can have?
No – whilst we have a huge range of workwear available on our website, if you don’t find anything that is quite right, we also have the Full Online Catalogue and a Uneek range catalogue on the front page of our website.
Do you sell PPE and Safety Footwear?
Cressco supplies an extensive range of PPE and safety footwear from a wide variety of different suppliers.
How many logos can I have on my garment?
As many as you like!
How much do Cressco charge per logo?
It depends, the first embroidered logo is always included in the price, and then anything else is added on top. Each logo after that is priced according to how many stitches and colours it has, and how long it will take to embroider on the machines.
I have my garments already – can you embroider them for me?
Generally we do not offer this as one of our services, as we are not a contract embroiderer. However – if you are a returning customer, we will consider embroidering supplied garments if they are not available to order through our website.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched at normal operating times, and 15 working days during our busy periods.
How do I make my first order?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We try and cater to every size business – big and small. We are not a shop, however, we do our best to try and satisfy all our customers branded workwear needs, so please send us your enquiry and we will see what we can do.
What colour threads are available?
We have multiple different thread suppliers, who supply hundreds of colour threads.
What logo application processes are available?
You can choose from embroidery (most popular and most recommended), heat applied badges, or printing (subject to order quantity and logo complexity).
How can I pay for my orders?
For regular business users, we offer a 30 day trading account. For one off purchases, we can accept payment by credit/debit card over the phone or in person.
Can I make a return?
If the garment was sold with no logo, and is returned within 28 days, in the packaging it was sold in, undamaged and unworn, we will credit your account for goods returned, minus a restocking charge.* However, if the garment has been worn, is branded with your logo, or has been broken whilst being used at work, you are not entitled to a refund. We generally do not refund purchase orders that have been placed incorrectly. If you have any queries about making a return, please don’t hesitate to contact our office to ask.
How will be order be sent to me?
All orders are sent through APC Overnight Couriers, at a charge of £8.95 for orders under £150.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, please email sales@cressco.co.uk and ask for a consignment number for your delivery. You can then head to https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking and enter your delivery details on their website to track.
What should I do if I need my order urgently?
Let us know when you are placing the order what date you will need the order by. We will do our best to accommodate all order requirements as best as possible.
